About
That’s me as a kid.
Hi, I’m Dorcas Obouaye, a writer, educator, and lifelong lover of books.
As a child, I was the one always asking “Why?” and burying my nose in a book to find the answers. That same curiosity still drives me today, but now, I write to help children find clarity and joy in their own big questions.
At Dorcas Books, you’ll find stories, resources, and educational tools designed for curious young minds.
My mission is simple:
To create books and materials that are clear, engaging, and rooted in wonder because kids learn best when they’re inspired.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or caregiver, you’ll find:
• Children’s books that celebrate imagination and understanding
 • Learning tools that support early literacy and lifelong thinking
 • ❤️ Resources that make teaching and storytelling easier and more fun!
This space is more than just a bookshop, it’s a growing library of ideas that support kids as they learn, ask, explore, and grow. Thanks for stopping by and welcome to a world made just for curious minds.
